6. Transactions Between Users
Tawaf facilitates introductions between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any products. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any business relationship.
7. Fees
Creating an account and listing products on Tawaf is currently free. We do not charge commissions on transactions. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future with reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload to Tawaf. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform and in marketing materials related to Tawaf.
9. Limitation of Liability
Tawaf is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transactions between users.
