*TANKER TAKE OVER [TTO] TRANSACTION PROCEDURE.*

1. Buyer issue ICPO with banking details

2. Seller issues complete Tanker Take Over Draft contract of the loaded cargo (MOU)

3. Buyer signs Memorandum of Understanding Draft contract and return to the Seller

4. Seller endorse Memorandum of Understanding contract, Seller sends to buyer, the following POP documents which were issued in the initial buyer’s name via email

1) Certificate of Product Origin

2) Product Passport (Quantity & Quality Dip Test Analysis Report)

3) Bill of Lading

4) Tanker Vessel Q88 Document

5) E.T.A. (Estimated Time of Arrival) Of Vessel

6). Freight/Cargo Manifest

7) Invoice for re-route and Title transfer

5. Buyer confirms and verifies the POP documents and send a Letter requesting for a forwarding agent for seamless communication and unloading.

6. Seller submit the contact information of their forwarding agent in China to communicate with the Buyer/ Buyer’s receiving agent to liaise with the Shipping company for the product re-route and customary anchorage at the discharge terminal.

7. Buyer Issue TT MT103 payment for the minimum of 10 % of the total value of the product for Title transfer and Vessel re-route. The shipping document will be re-issued in the name of the potential buyer as the consignee. Seller will re-route the vessel to buyer's destination port upon confirmation of buyer's payment and the clearing agent will proceed with documentation of clearing of the vessel simultaneously and the 10% will be deducted from the total cost of the product.

8. Upon arrival of the vessel at the buyer's discharge port, the buyer verifies the product, performs Dip Test on board seller’s vessel and pays for the product via TT MT103 before CIQ and discharge of the vessel.

9. Seller out pays the intermediaries involved within 72 hours after receipt of payment of the product from the buyer.
